Nashville music industry veterans Leigh Holt, Founder and President of maddjett (www.maddjett.com) and Kendra Flack, Founder and President of Red Barn (www.redbarnnashville.com), have teamed up to launch REDJETT Management, an artist management agency.
Based in Franklin, TN, REDJETT Management will offer day-to-day artist management as well as tour management and logistics. The management company will primarily represent and manage Christian artists like Lauren Daigle and Blanca who are currently on the roster. Lauren Daigle was nominated for a Grammy and she recently won a Billboard Music Award for Top Christian Album as well as Artist of Year and Female Artist of the Year at the K-LOVE Fan Awards in Nashville. Blanca was also nominated for Female Artist of the Year for the K-LOVE Fan Awards.
Kendra Flack has spent years working with some of the industry’s top talent on the road and has a background in show production, set design and tour management for tours like Winter Jam and artists like Kari Jobe among others. In April of 2015, Kendra co-founded Red Barn with her husband and now consults with artists, road teams and management companies to bring structure and organization to the touring industry. Flack spent years on the road as a tour manager and now spends her time training other road teams, like tour managers and production managers, on how to better work with their artists in order to build a stronger and more dynamic team. Flack’s desire is to develop a sense of “community” on the road so that no one feels isolated.
