After spending a decade in the music industry, Leigh Holt left her role as the VP of Strategic Partnerships with Warner Music Nashville to launch maddjett in October of 2013.  maddjett is a full-service agency designed to build brands, businesses, and partnerships and has a roster of notable clients and projects including Hunter Hayes, Oprah’s The Life You Want Weekend, Pepsi MidAmerica, PixMob, Harper Collins Christian Publishers, Sony Music Nashville, the Museum of the Bible and more.

Kendra Flack has spent years working with some of the industry’s top talent on the road and has a background in show production, set design and tour management for tours like Winter Jam and artists like Kari Jobe among others.   In April of 2015, Kendra co-founded Red Barn with her husband and now consults with artists, road teams and management companies to bring structure and organization to the touring industry.  Flack spent years on the road as a tour manager and now spends her time training other road teams, like tour managers and production managers, on how to better work with their artists in order to build a stronger and more dynamic team. Flack’s desire is to develop a sense of “community” on the road so that no one feels isolated.

“I am so excited about launching REDJETT Management and having an opportunity to serve artists in every aspect of the business,” said co-founder Leigh Holt.  “Partnering with Kendra has been a dream – we both come from different facets of the industry and use our skills to surround our artists to best meet their touring, business and marketing needs. We are thrilled to have two incredible artists already in our family and we look forward to where this next chapter takes all of us.”
Both Holt and Flack identified a need for a more holistic approach to management in the Christian artist industry and together launched REDJETT Management.

“REDJETT is more than just a job for us,” said Kendra Flack.  “It’s something we are passionate about, and I love that we get to come behind someone else’s vision and help execute their dreams.  It’s fulfilling to know that what we do impacts people and we are a part of something so much bigger than ourselves.”
